Enhance the memorability of your form links and align them seamlessly with your brand by customizing Formbite form URLs and metadata, utilizing your own (sub)domain.

Custom domain is Formbite PRO feature

  1. Add DNS records to your domain provider

Below show DNS record on how you should configure.

Example:

If you want to host the form at test.justbuyforfun.site, add test as name, and the content should ALWAYS be cname.formbite.com, the proxy status should set as DNS only

  1. Create your custom domain

Go to setting page, then click on create domain button.

You can add either

  • domain (customer.com)

  • subdomain (example.customer.com)

Wait until DNS records are verified. This can take few seconds or up to hours.

Once your domain resolves to our server, the status will change to "Active"

  1. Link your form with domain url

Click on your domain, you will go to a page where you can link your created form with domain url.

Once you click submit, your published form will be link to your domain url.
